Kristi has been in the real estate and finance industries for over 22 years. She is a certified credit specialist, certified financial education instructor, certified credit counselor and licensed mortgage loan officer (NMLS #754092, Equal Housing Opportunity) with Mpire Financial. She is a former Realtor(R) and short sale negotiator. She trains/teaches new real estate agents and new loan officers how to be most successful in this business. This has expanded her offerings to entrepreneurs and small business owners and executives who are seeking unconventional inspiration, ideas, and action steps to overcome obstacles and shine their brightest!
Kristi serves on 2 boards of non-profits, including IDignity.org. She has a heart for our foster youth and those experiencing homelessness. Kristi is passionate about educating others with tools through her books, podcast, and on social media and through organizations where she teaches online or at live events.
